Legal Paternalism in Company Law with a view to EU Law
On November 18, 2022, I gave a lecture entitled “Legal Paternalism in Company Law with a view to EU Law” as part of the XIII Jornadas Chilenas de Derecho Comercial, a series of events organised by the Law Faculty of the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in Chile, which is dedicated to the academic exchange between local universities and from abroad.
